高元義

高元義（Lafin Kacaw）出生於1983年（民國72年）。出生地在基隆市。阿美族人。

家鄉位於台東縣長濱鄉真柄部落（Makrahay），父親基隆郵局退休，母親壽險業務員，弟弟任職於台灣中油股份有限公司。家族中亦有多人任職於行政部門、國營事業單位，以及民意機關。

20-24歲（2002-2006，民國91-95年）就讀東海大學環境科學與工程系學士班（推薦甄試入學）。24-26歲（2006-2008，民國95-97年）就讀國立台北科技大學環境工程與管理研究所碩士班。26-32歲（2008-2014，民國97-103年）就讀國立台北科技大學工程科技研究所博士班。

25-32歲（2007-2014，民國96-103年）擔任北科大環境工程與管理研究所兼任助理。33-34歲，2015-2016（民國104-105年），擔任北科大環境工程與管理研究所環境未來研究室研究助理。35-36歲（2017-2018，民國106-107年）擔任原住民族委員會社會福利處專案助理。36歲（2018，民國107年）「公務人員特種考試原住民族考試三等考試」正額錄取。

27歲（2009，民國98年）獲Taiwan Association for Aerosol Research（台灣氣膠研究學會）頒發「最佳技術論文獎」。33歲（2015，民國104年）獲中華民國環境工程學會（CIEnvE）頒發「最佳論文獎」。36歲（2018，民國107年）獲Taiwan Association for Aerosol Research（台灣氣膠研究學會）頒發「最佳學術論文獎」。

28歲（2010，民國99年）發表論文〈Effect of ethanol-gasoline blends on small engine generator energy efficiency and exhaust emission〉刊登於國際期刊 《Journal of the Air & Waste Management Association（SCI）》。

29歲（2011，民國100年）共同發表之論文〈Separation Characteristics of Submicron Particles in an Electrostatic Precipitator with Alternating Electric Field Corona Charger〉刊登於國際期刊 《Aerosol Science and Technology（SCI）》。

30歲（2012，民國101年），發表論文〈Development of an Innovative Circulating Fluidized-Bed with Microwave System for Controlling NOx〉刊登於國際期刊 《Aerosol and Air Quality Research（SCI）》。

31歲（2013，民國102年），共同發表之論文〈Source apportionment of PM2.5 particle composition and submicrometer size distribution during an Asian dust storm and non-dust storm in Taipei〉刊登於國際期刊 《Aerosol and Air Quality Research（SCI）》。

32歲（2014，民國103年），共同發表之論文〈Effects of water-emulsified fuel on a diesel engine generator’s thermal efficiency and exhaust〉刊登於國際期刊 《Journal of the Air & Waste Management Association（SCI）》。

33歲（2015，民國104年），共同發表之論文〈Characteristics of Aerosol Extinction Coefficient in Taipei Metropolitan Atmosphere〉刊登於國際期刊《Aerosol and Air Quality Research（SCI）》。

34歲（2016，民國105年），共同發表之論文〈The Horizontal and Vertical Characteristics of Aeolian Dust from Riverbed〉刊登於國際期刊《Aerosol and Air Quality Research（SCI）》。

35歲（2017，民國106年），發表論文〈Measurement and Evaluation of Elastic Light Scattering from a Single Levitated Irregular Particle〉刊登於國際期刊《Aerosol and Air Quality Research（SCI）》。
